I’m Julie Mackey, a Human Performance Coach helping athletes train their mind and body to perform at their best—on and off the field.
Through my signature Tri-Flex Method, I integrate mental performance coaching, myofascial release, PNF stretching, and recovery-focused breathwork to unlock total athletic potential.
